The Villa

Built 2004, The Den is a four bedroom villa with security alarm, two master bedrooms with en-suite, double bedroom and a twin bedroom with shared bathroom.  Air conditioning, heating, screened heated pool and spa. Our villa is within fifteen minutes of Disney and is ideally located for all Central Florida attractions, as well as the Atlantic and Gulf coasts.

Living Area

This great room has a twin and triple sofa with a large cable TV, DVD player and a music centre. There are a number of popular DVD's available for your enjoyment. As well as being fully air conditioned, the living room benefits from ceiling fans.

Kitchen/Dining Area

The kitchen is fitted with the appliances that one would expect from a modern villa, including dishwasher, waste disposal and microwave. The kitchen area is in the heart of the house with outlook over the great room and TV as well as the pool area, so no one is left out during meal preparation.

The formal dining area is also in the great room, with space for eight places (borrow two chairs from the kitchen nook) and its location is in front of the kitchen area.

Master Bedroom 1

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a on suite bathroom and shower. There is also direct access to the pool from the bathroom. This is particularly useful with children, the large shower is easily big enough for two adults. There is a large walk-in closet and a large drawers.

Master Bedroom 2

The second master bedroom has a King size bed, en-suite large shower and WC , cable TV with a DVD player. There is also a deep narrow closet and a set of drawers.

Bedroom 3

Bedroom three is a large queen-bedded room with a closet, and shares a bathroom with bedroom four, one of these rooms also has a TV

Twin Bedroom 4

Pool and Spa

With a southerly aspect, the pool, spa and decking benefits from direct  sunshine all day and with a covered lanai you get the best of both  worlds, a permanently shaded area complete with table and chairs. In  winter, when the sun is low, a south facing pool is essential, for you  get warm sunshine all day with the added benefit of shelter from a  potentially chilly wind blowing from a northerly direction. The spa has a  remote control with a timer and can be independently heated to suit your  needs.
